"Loved the location; everything was easily accessible, with great restaurants within walking distance and Kim Sha Beach just across the road. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. Alexia (GM), LaToya and Shanay at the front desk, and Joyce and Christine from housekeeping were all warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble—it genuinely felt like staying with family. I’m already looking forward to my next visit."

"Awesome hotel & location. We enjoyed staying here everytime. Spent a week here for spring vacay after staying 2 weeks in Maho.
Enjoyed it so much we are now official members of Hilton Resort Grand Vacations, Yay!
Room was great facing the bay, great sunset views, accessible to supermarkets & a few great restaurants by foot.
Staff was attentive & friendly.. next time may have to ask for top floor as we can hear kids running around above us but fortunately we left the next day so it was tolerable then.
Will definitely stay there again!👍"

"Check in time was good & fast and appropriate the fact that our luggage was taken up, just didn’t like how check in time was at 4pm & check out was at 11am. I definitely don’t recommend the stay. We tried to get extra towels because ours were dirty and they tried to tell us we had to pay extra for the towels. We stayed in the 2nd building and had so way up the hill. We had to walk up the hills in order to get to the room. A"
