"Very nicely decorated for Halloween. Rooms remodeled recently. Bathrooms remodeled with new large TV's and more Cable stations. Staff is Excellent and Personable. I have stayed here 100 plus times for work. I Highly Recommend this Quality Inn location located one half mile east off I-95 in Palm Bay off Exit 176 I-95 East. Clean studio, staff was friendly, main two complaints were 1-the noise from the mechanical room could be heard basically all night just non stop. 2- the pillows were the most decrepit sacks of cotton I’ve ever had in my life. They just zeroed out comically pancake thin I ended up with a stiff neck after the second night that was so bad it compromised me for the rest of the trip even with extra pillows it just was so painful. in combination with the noise I slept...

"Everything was great. The staff was very fast and helpful resolving one minor issue. Could not ask for a better stay."

"A very friendly staff and good coffee!"

"We are very late, checking in, like 2:30 in the morning and they were extremely kind and helpful. The next morning we got up to breakfast and overall enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend."

The room was spacious and clean and some of the family arrived early and the hotel accommodated them and allowed them to check in early. The breakfast items available were selected for those who eat certain meats. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was located a few miles from the outlet mall and various restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the Melbourne, Florida...

"Very clean, quiet room. Excellent breakfast."

"Great stay"

"Clean - up to date -staff was excellent - all around great"

"I got there an hour before check in and they wanted to charge me $20 ! Bathroom was clean, bed comfortable. There were gaps along the side and bottom of the door and it let in light, the bottom part was broken, you could hear everything that was going on outside. There were sketchy people sitting in their cars in the parking lot, the area where the ice machine was dirty, the baseboard behind the lamp was disgusting and was coming apart from the wall. The floorboards were loose and it didn't look...

"I booked the room off of the reviews, but it left a lot to be desired. The walls were stained, lamps rusted, shower still dirty...."

"Helpful staff and tidy interior."
