"Property was clean. I just wished it had 24hr room service. I also did not like that my room was in a building far from the most popular amenities.. It is all fun and party Wednesdays to Mondays. Tuesdays is very chill, so if you want non-stop party, your best bet is to checkout Tuesday morning"

"The spa relaxation area was out of use and the pricing at the spa is not transparent on the app - you have to go into the spa to get the prices. Service in the restaurants , cafe and bars are excellent. Staff moving around the resort should be aware that they shout to each other and sometimes swear which is unacceptable particularly on the beach area. The rooms are well maintained and housekeeping request dealt with promptly. Room service menu is of poor quality. Evening entertainment is of a good standard. Be aware of the "welcome breakfast " It is no such thing. It is a time share type selling opportunity."

"Just returned from a very peaceful and enjoyable stay at Coyaba. The meals were good. The rooms are spacious and gorgeous, are exactly as photographed. The rooms are very clean, with good bedding. I would rate the staff at this property as exceptional: very polite, helful, friendly and make you feel right at home. The property is very quiet and laid back, so if that's the vibe you are looking for this is it."

"Everything was excellent, my family and I had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options. The staff was always taking care of everything, and everyone was very friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented. Excellent costumer service! We truly enjoyed our stay."

"The rooms were clean, most of the staff were kind and courteous, I did had some issues with a manager and how he handled a particular situation which made a few days uncomfortable but the swimup bar was good and lively, food was a 8/10 not bad"
