"Recorrimos 3 de 4 habitaciones..en una de las habitaciones no servía la puerta de acceso, la puerta de abajo de lavabo tirada..en la 2a habitación la luz y el ventilador no servían y en la 3a habitación la ventana estaban abiertas no servía la chapa y con mal servicio de limpieza...las sábanas y las fundas sucias la herrería oxidada de las puertas de acceso ,el internet fallaba constantemente..hablas x tel y no contestan...en gral pésima atención pese a q es un hotel autónomo"

"Staff was very accomodating and the communal areas are great. My private room smelled like pets or that it needed to "breathe" for a few days. I bought a plug-in and some air freshener then it was fine."

"Absolutely perfect. Came solo and loved it. Everyone was nice. Place was spotless. Amenities are nice and useful. Right in the heart of downtown too without feeling dangerous. Parking is the only bad thing. No parking at all. Have to pay for outside parking which is around $40 a day at the garage"

"We had a great stay at Mapache. The private room was spacious and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. We also loved the daily activities and the small breakfast included was a bonus. Would recommend Mapache to anyone staying on Holbox. I've only just found out the Mapache means racoon though! "
