"Very clean room and just a short walk to the beach!"

"The beach is perfectly clean and very close, no seaweed. The ocean is so warm and beautiful. The local bus which they call trolley is free to use. We landed at Sarasota International Airport that is closer than Tampa. It is beautiful to see everything around you. Beautiful Florida. Owners should make clear that guests don’t have to go to a different property to check in. Online registration is annoying. Our room was clean and a new unit. My son picked up an ear infection in the pool."

"The room was very clean, bright and updated with a retro vibe. Pleasant surprise to see a fridge with room for an ice bag in freezer. One block walk to beach with access from property. They also had umbrellas and beach chairs & towels for use. Unfortunately with heat, walking to breakfast or downtown wasn’t desirable..and we’re big walkers. But there were good restaurants within 5-10 min drive without having to go to the town centre."

"The condo was in excellent condition, everything was as described and we enjoyed the time away, the pool was amazing and the place was clean and comfy. Will recommend anyone looking for a getaway on the Coast to stay at this condo."

"Property was good location to beach with golf cart. This unit was right next to the pool. Good 2/2 layout with nice furnishings. This unit needs maintenance to several areas in second bedroom and master shower. Pool was very warm with lots of sand so we didn't use. Also several area need to be cleaned of built up dust and hair. Pictures taken."
