"Beautiful grounds. Great restaurants. The rooms are very luxurious - especially the bathtubs. Entertainment is great too! Kids loved the pool. I do wish there were more pools for the kids to enjoy. Booking reservations for dinner was a nightmare though. We couldn't book in advance, were staying a week and on night one there was a restuarant already entirely booked! How does that even happen?! Also no kids in restaurants after 8pm!!! Finally check in was awful. We got there on time - rooms not...

The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. "First the good… The properly is right off the beach which was lovely and the staff was kind and very professional. The staff helped make our trip a four star rather than a three star experience. Now the not so good… The food was just ok. There was also no food for snacking available in between scheduled mealtimes. And, the unacceptable.., During our stay we had a fire alarm go off at 4 am two nights in a row which immediately woke us up out of our sleep. The alarms lasted a few minutes...
