"Excellent Resort and service. We were upgraded during check-in with amazing hospitality. The villa s are fantastic, have everything inside and small outdoor pool is a big plus. Fourseasons Bali at an amazing location in the Jimbaran Bay, very well maintained resort in the heart of nature, beach and sea. Neighbourhood is developing but not distracting...Somewhat limited evening alacarte dining options which directed us to go for local restaurants by the beach turned out to be an amazing fish food...

"Really good experience at jimbaran bay beach ..peole who work there was the most amazing and everyone just so helpful and friendly.. location was good breakfast was wonderful and ala carte menu all food was great. Nice atmosphere. We loved everything. Except bed.. king size bed its 2 full size beds moved together..while sleeping we felt the gap and that was uncomfortable.. besides that everything was perfect!"

"We would definitely stay here again. The staff were so friendly to us and our son. The swimming pool and garden are designed woven together, with quirky sculptures. I think this would be called a boutique hotel compared with the bigger resorts in Bali. If you like something a bit different and arty then you will like it. The location was excellent for Jimbaran, go straight out the back of the hotel and you're at the fish restaurants and the beach."

"The property is a little out of the way, but for a couple who like to spend time with themselves it is excellent. Japanese restaurant is one of the best in the world for quality of food.Hotel Breakfast, there is a big variety, but most of it is not hot enough. I asked the chef to make banana pancakes for me. "We love everything about this peaceful resort. The traditional architecture is gorgeous, the room is spacious, the garden is immaculate, the staff are lovely, the pool is stunning, and the hotel is right on the beach which is safe for swimming. It is great value for money . It is a little dated and tired, but for us that is part of the charm. The nearby resorts may be more modern with up-to-date facilities, but Keraton feels like the real Bali. "

"This beautiful house was a hidden paradise! I couldn't believe how relaxed I was when we all received massages the first night before bedtime. And then in the morning when we had a delicious breakfast cooked for us in our kitchen, I felt completely spoiled! We didn't think we'd ever leave the inner courtyard pool sanctuary, but then we discovered the delicious restaurants and coffee house that were right on the beach across the street, and realized that nourishment was only a short walk and...

"Love the villa and ambience. The helper Rai is so helpful and very good in cooking. The only minus point is, onthe very last day are just finished massage (we booked masseues to our villa) we are all in sarung / towel and getting prepare for bath and suddenly there are men standing in our hall ( villa staff). I was shocked to death as we are Muslim ladies and non men other than family member should be allowed to be in the villa. This happened as the next guest had request for early check in.....

"There’s no place quite like this hotel. I’ve stayed here twice and would stay here every time I go to Bali because it’s so amazing. The unique rooms, the amazing staff, the incredible pools the beautiful Resturant. it all works so well. Jimbaran is a fast paced area, but a great location and the property is tucked back in the most beautiful location. I almost don’t wanna recommend this hidden gem."
