"Property was nice. Apartment was somewhat clean, but needed much more. Ants and insects throughout apartment. Apartment was bleak with amenities. Patio door did not lock properly, literally the lock was broken and door would not lock. Communicated with property manager, that my party would check-out at 11:00 am. Landlord and future renters came in the apartment, unannounced and surveyed the apartment about an hour and a half before departure time. When asked to leave, they did. ...

"The welcome at Awali was excellent. The all inclusive starts when you arrive regardless of check-in time and it ends when you leave even if you checked out the room hours before. This worked quite well for us as our flight left at 9pm. The concierge is a gem who makes things so easy to do and has really good communication. The restaurants were fab. "Very nice location - loved the hike. Rooms are quite small but will do for a night or two. The food is great at dinners but very poor breakfasts. They can cook some eggs and the rest from the buffet: yogurt, tasteless bread, some cheese and musli - that’s it. Overall a nice stay but no more than 2 nights"
