"Great location, next to MUA & the beach (secluded). Very clean room, not a single insect!! That's rare. Had a very good sleep assisted by gentle sea waves. I would like for them to invest in mini fridge. Other than that, highly recommended. "

"Great staff with Laurel leading the way. Room was spacious with kitchen. Patio was fine. Beach chairs could use updating and an increase in numbers as well as umbrellas. New access road through the resort to Marina may prove inconvenient. On site restaurant and bar are separate from the resort. Food was fine with some needed increase in staff. "First I must say the staffs are so nice the way they welcome visitors I wasn’t sure about where to stay I was going for a funeral I was worried but I must say I give them 10/10 the only problems was the room to the hotel bad that’s not there fault but the front desk to the pool everyone was great I call and in minutes they arrived. Secondly Ms Stephanie she is at the front desk I could send out calls and the fact she help me to get to my rental company I regret not traveling with cash cause...

"This is undoubtedly the most relaxing holiday I’ve ever had. The staff couldn’t do enough to help but weren’t intrusive, the position is perfect and it has its own private beach complete with changing facilities and bar.the food is excellent and we didn’t go anywhere else our entire stay to eat. "Amazing historic hotel in a great setting - we loved our stay here. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly and attentive owner and staff: great breakfasts, good quality food and an honesty style bar if nrequired. Monkeys around cottage were an unexpected bonus. The gingerbread cottage was peaceful and comfortable, and the whole place has a colonial laid-back vibe."

"Room was clean and comfortable. AC and shower very good. 5 min walk to the Ferry and center of town. Only issue was the staff wasn’t there ever. Another guest had to call to get someone to show up half hour later to check me in. Other than that 5 stars. "

"I had a lovely stay. Overlooked the Dolphin Discovery. The only let down is no options to buy light snacks with the supermarket 20 mins walk away. A little shop or vending machine with some biscuits, chocolate, crisps etc would be great to get Guests through to the morning. "

"The Golden Rock is a beautiful, low intensity hotel complex, with exceptional gardens. It offers something quite different than other hotels in Nevis. The staff were exceptionally helpful and caring. They also helped to make arrival easy by organizing a seamless transfer from the airport to the water taxi and then to the hotel. Highly recommend"
