Friendly staff. Smooth check in. The room was small but clean and contained all necessities. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. I only gave 4 stars because the hallways needed updating. Great stay for the price.

I have to say that i was very disappointed by the hotel. We knew it was "budget" but the entire decore and upkeep was very poor. Worn carpets, damp on the walls, generally very poorly maintained. The door to the bedroom didnt open properly and I cant remember the last time I had a hotel room without a safe. I would avoid unless no other options.

I’m very pleased with our stay. There’s an elevator so we didn’t have to climb steps lugging our bags and the staff at reception were very helpful in a variety of ways.

Would never spend a night there

Room was substantially smaller than represented in photos online, illustrations online did not come close to representing what we saw at the hotel, the bathroom shower doors were flimsy, and the trim was falling off, air-conditioning was in adequate, and to top it off, I found small flies that were on the bed. These are very poor accommodation that looked like they were rooms for rent by the hour. The only good news is that the attendant did make an effort to issue a refund for us after we said we were not going to stay there.

Great location - rooms are not good for 3 adults.

Great location, friendly staff, really nice israeli breakfast. I was travelling with my two grown up children and had booked a room for 3 adults - the room wasnt really good for that combination and I guess the hotel isnt used to it either. We ended up making the third bed ourselves at 23:15 first night after waiting 1,5h. We only had two towels to share the first days. But apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was Michelin star quality. The service and location was impeccable. Best bang for your buck in recent memory for a hotel. When sitting on our bed you felt like you were on a cruise veranda looking out at the ocean.

Amazing stay

Excellent stay! Breakfast was amazing with lots of vegan/vegetarian options as well as regular breakfast available. If you are looking for American type breakfast then this is not for you. All the beautiful different grilled & fresh vegetables, dips, breads & sweet pastries & cakes were delicious. Service at front desk, room service & dining was great. View from our balcony of sunsets were spectacular

The hotel has excellent customer service! The hotel's breakfast was very good and filling. Seven Seas was clean and tidy, and the location was fabulous. Our room.had a wonderful view of the sea. I would definitely stay here again.

Emplacement exceptionnel. Chambres minuscules mais avec machine à café, clim en bon état et grand écran de tele avec une multitudes de chaînes internationales dont chaînes françaises. Personnel ne parle pas hébreu. Les chambres ne sont pas faites pendant le séjour. Les femmes de ménage sont extrêmement bruyantes dans les couloirs sans imaginer qu’ils puissent y avoir des gens qui dorment. Dans l’ensemble cela a été. Nous y retournerons probablement en connaissance de cause peut-être en payant plus pour avoir une vraie chambre…

Spent 10 days in this hotel in June this year. Booked at the very last moment. Great location, by the beach. Few shops next to the hotel and several places to eat are in walking distance. Friendly staff. The room was small, no wardrobe, so we kept most of the clothes in the suitcase. No, safe and no kettle, but there was coffee machine :) we went downstairs every evening for hot water and tea bags. But, these did not affect our holiday.

Personnel au top toujours aux petits soins ! Infrastructures malheureusement pas super, une fenêtre sans rideaux/stores qui illumine toute l chambre le matin, pas d’isolation aux fenêtres ce qui occasionne beaucoup de bruit venant de l’extérieur, pas de coffre-fort dans la chambre, douche non étanche. Best location. It’s literally right on Jerusalem Beach. Its location means it close to seaside restaurants and there’s a convenience store right next door if you need snacks, beach stuff, etc. the room was very clean and the tv had many channels in different languages. And the room had a mini fridge. I would definitely go back again.

Very convenient location, in front of the beach and close to famous old city market. Breakfast was amazing and it was the best breakfast I've ever experienced in the hotel, traditional Israeli dishes.

This was like an expensive hostel. Wish I could upload pix. Cleaning supplies all over the halls. A damp smell throughout.Taxi service yelled at us about the commission the hotel owed him. The “personal hot tub” was just a metal trough filled with debris and paint chips that didn’t work. The washroom is so small you literally have your chin on the sink when you use the toilet. Thank GOD it was only one night. BUT, receptionist and location (3 mins from beach) were great. Not enough to redeem the place but great.
