"Herr Karang und seine Mitarbeitenden waren sehr zuvorkommend und es entstand insgesamt eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Gegend ist etwas ruhiger und fast gar nicht touristisch. Der Eigentümer arbeitet in der Tourismusbranche, weshalb er fantastische Empfehlungen für Ausflüge geben kann. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt bei dem ich mich jederzeit pudelwohl gefühlt habe. Auch das Klima ist in diesem Bereich Balis sehr angenehm. Ich denke ich komme hier nochmal vorbei. "Mum and I went there to celebrate her 86 years old birthday. The room was well decorated with complimentary birthday cake, fresh coconut and a birthday card. Staff at the hotel are very friendly, helpful and attentive. We had a very nice Sunday brunch at starfish Bloo with lots of seafood and all staff sang birthday song that made a memory birthday for my mum. We went to starfish Bloo for birthday dinner the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!!!"

"Love the location being across from the beach and also convenient to have everything you need right outside the hotel from cloths shopping to entertainment, lots of restaurants and bars and so many spas for that anytime pamper or much needed massage to chose from. Large breakfast selection that cater for any picky eater and lots of healthy choices also. Room was comfortable and clean but the only thing I could fault are the tiniest little bugs possibly ants that we noticed on our second last day on the benches, probably there the whole time but being that tiny were not noticeable then our last morning husband dropped the tv control and after reaching for it under the bed at 2am had these tiny crawlers up his arm so jumped into shower to get them off. We totally forgot to mention this when we checked out"

"Service is bad. - The staff keep disturbing me for major and minor stuff. Keep calling me for small things even when I press the do not disturb button when I need some silence. - I ordered grab mart and ask them to deliver to my room yet they didn’t send me in the end. - I ask for takeaway cup for my coffee during breakfast the staff said he needs manager approval to do so… isn’t that basic service? I would rather they say No rather than that. - careless service: they gave me coconut in room but no straw. Sop Buntut but no rice. - they need all travellers passport to check out … is it real? It’s 2026 today. - food is good though. The memory pillow was good too. Just service is extremely poor."
