"The Gibson Inn is a beautifully restored mansion. The furnishings are antiques and the room was quiet and comfortable overlooking a nicely landscaped garden. They do not serve breakast but provide vouchers for breakfast at two locations. There is a complementary EV Car Charger on the premises which worked flawlessly and was one of the key drivers for choosing this location."

"Probably one of the most disappointing stays we’ve had. We splurged on this hotel for our anniversary and unfortunately were disappointed. For the price, you paying for location not a nice hotel stay. There are things out of the hotels control so I won’t nag on that. But here are some things in their control… The bed was terrible, so worn down, no cushion just but craters. For a “nice” hotel I expect nice sheets, these were so rough! "The room appeared to be newly renovated, which was nice. However, it did have maybe like a paint smell or some type of chemical smell to it… Also the bottom of the shower was not cleaned, as there were dirt from maybe shoes and also some hair strands, so I knew it hadn’t be cleaned. The staff did come our 2nd day there, made the bed, replenished towels, and the sample size soap/shampoo/conditioner. The outdoor property grounds were appealing and well maintained."
