"Not worth even half what we paid. Bathroom tiles bulging from wall, tub tap not functioning, fan not working and rusted, hair dryer barely worked, window fan didn't do anything, door jam insecure and bold sign says DO NOT LOCK DEADBOLT. Saggy bed. Walked on carpet near bed and it crunched under feet. Breakfast was fine, packaged items from grocery. Service was there at check in, not there any other time. Our friends stayed in a similar room, only difference in their experience was the carpet...

On the morning of check-out, we woke up to find there was no running water, which we discovered from a note slipped under the door explaining that there would be no water from 8am to 4pm. "I was not pleased with the redervation and check in If you are checking in late, there is no typical front desk. It seems my expedia reservation was not seen as valuable compared to booking direct and the hotel customer service had no information. Im sure its because of low season but it took 45 minutes to reach someone who could tell me where to find my room key. All were apologetic but it was a frustrating scenario to reach a solution and a person with the right info."

"The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was no humidifier and the light over the sink was out, but after calling the front desk they brought us a humidifier and fixed the light. The light over the stove top only worked on low. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. "
