"Parking is expensive at 50 Euros but it is Valet parking and you are in the centre of Turin. There is other parking around but it is very limited and first in. The parking around the hotel is not secure. Everything else is exceptional. Highly recommend this Hotel if you are Turin"

"I had a frustrating experience regarding our room key. The key worked perfectly the first time I entered. However, later that night when returning from dinner, it simply would not turn in the lock. We tried a couple of times without forcing it and called management. Thankfully, a staff member let us in with a spare. The real issue arose at checkout. The front office demanded a me to pay for the key replacement fee, claiming I bent the key because I "didn't know how to open the door." This logic...

"Ruhig im wunderschönen Innenhof. Nur 9 Zimmer, jedes anders Sauber, großes Zimmer mit Küche. Alles digital keine Rezeption. Perfekte Lage nur wenige Gehminuten von allem was man sehen muss."

"This is a small apartment about 15 minute walk from the Porta Nuova train station and the very elegant city centre parade. Maria is very friendly and helpful. Spotless clean and well equipped. Very central for touring the city. The room had little natural sunlight. No couch or arm chair but otherwise very comfortable."
