"Everything was perfect but the arrangements for shuttle service from airport to hotel. There were no instructions how or where to take the shuttle van. Following AI instructions eventually found where ( outside gate 4) . Waited for some time and tried several times calling the hotel but nobody answered. Neither Expedia or hotel web side explained that shuttle needed to be scheduled. I found that again using AI. Took a over 10€ taxi ride for a 1.5 km ride to the hotel. I was greeted by a nice receptionist who told me that I could have called the hotel for a shuttle ride. I didn’t make any comment about nobody answering the phone. Other than that, hotel is great, restaurant is awesome and location very convenient"

"The air circulation system didn't work in the room. No AC, no fan circulation- nothing. It was not a pleasant experience and we're not able to sleep at all. Informed the receptionist and we're informed that air circulation system is not working in my room, it is centrally controlled."
