"Our stay at Albergo Cappello was excellent! We were there for just one night before boarding our cruise out of Ravenna. The room was nice, very cozy, and the personalized breakfast was wonderful. The staff took great care of us, even helping us change our shuttle to pick us up from the hotel instead of the nearby train station so we wouldn't have to lug our suitcases in the rain. I was very impressed with the hospitality. Did not have chance to try their wine bar but would in the future."

"Exceptionally spacious room for families is a few floors up, but worth the effort of climbing stairs. The two large rooms share a bathroom, but also include a dining table with chairs and plenty of seating and lounging spaces to feel right at home. Location is superb for mosaic exploration and the staff was kind to let us in a bit earlier than anticipated. Airport and cruise port transfers were timely and reasonably priced. "Pleasant hotel in converted palazzo. 5-10 minute walk from train station and then to central city. Nice breakfast, lots of free chocolates! Large king room (#7) with view of garden, sofa and desk. Tiny bathroom and 28"x 28" shower. Would stay again if visiting Ravenna."

"Conveniently located. We reserved this hotel because the shuttle to the cruise port pick up right there. Bed was very hard. The hotel is going through renovations and there are some areas that looked like they were under construction. Just in the center of the town. 10 steps from plaza del pipiolo and a few steps from the covered market and a lot of shops. Our room was clean and spacious. The Buffett included was basic. But the staff is incredibly warm and helpful."
