"All ok for stay"

"The hotel is lovely. Many of the high ceilings are frescoed and the floors are marble. Although our room was not large it was well appointed and luxurious w upholstered wall and fine lenin sheets. Our room was ver quiet as well. The location for the hotel is perfect! "

"We stayed in the La Torre apartment as there were two couples. It was fantastic - roomy, well equipped and the location was terrific. We couldn’t have asked for more! The whole experience wit Phi was great - from our email exchanges, to our check in with Guilia who made us feel immediately at home. "Staffing provided excellent customer service, especially the front desk equal five star hotel service. For breakfast buffet service there are nice offerings, a recommendation is to get to breakfast early as if you arrive a half hour before breakfast ends the staff needs to breakdown the service to prepare for lunch and you will be rushed out. Note - not an issue just a recommendation as the offering of the buffet are extensive and wonderful."

"Facility was great. Room was a little small, and the pillows need replaced. Worst hotel pillows have experience since I was in the military. And that wasn’t a hotel. Seriously, work on it."

"Excellent clean rooms right at the heart of the old city! This place is literally right next to the Two Towers. Everything you want to see at the city is within the walking distance, and you can also walk 5 min to get to the bus stop to get tickets to San Luca Express! Really enjoyed staying here, and I will surely book again if I were to return to Bologna. Thank you!"
