The hosts are incredibly friendly and caring - if you need anything specific, need tips for a trip to the city or surroundings, they're always there to help and chat. Despite the central location of the hotel, its very quiet and perfect for business trips and anyone looking for a calm place to stay. Would come back any time!"

There is staff present at all hours, but unfortunately, the English speaking staff wasn't there when we needed it. After our first night the lock to out room broke, and we couldnt lock our room door when we left. They did fix it while we were out, but having english speaking staff in that situation would have been nice. The entrance to the building is from street lvl...
