"You can’t pay the location or kind service at this hotel. Brilliantly located inside the walls by all the local pubs and eateries and all the history. Been here several times now with my family wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Derry"

"Hotel is listed as 4* which it definitely isn’t. It is in need of some serious TLC, with flaking outside paintwork, dead flowers in all the window boxes, tired interior, leaking shower tray & a faulty curtain pole in our room which fell down when I tried to close the curtains!! Staff however, are very pleasant & friendly. The restaurant food was of a good standard, especially the daube of beef."
