"Hotel is clean and is in a busy location with limited self parking; the hotel does offer valet style parking which their staff parks on the narrow street. The hotel itself is old and shows a bit of it's age. The rooms are clean and there is a good supply of linen. The breakfast is included and was okay. There are several food options all around the hotel. We had a little trouble finding this hotel as there was a round about on the main street which has 5 exits and we accidently took the wrong...

"I had an excellent stay at Alican Hotel in Izmir. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room, lobby, and kitchen were all spotless and beautifully maintained, everything looked fresh and clean. I slept very well and felt completely comfortable during my stay. "This was definitely not a four star hotel, I have no idea how the class this a four star. I genuinely do not even know where to start. I travel a lot at least once a week and I travel across the world. I’ve never encountered such a horrible room in my entire life. I’ve stayed at two star hotels which is way better than this. This is a big scam please stay away. The bathroom stunk so badly, The room stunk off smoke and I guess somebody was smoking before me and it has not been cleaned at all....
