"Nice and clean and a very comfortable bed. We arrived very late past midnight after missing a flight in São Paulo. We used the WhatsApp message service and the staff got back to us instantly to say someone would be there to let us in. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection. Location is great, right in the centre of the city with plenty of shops and places to eat. Not far from the mall either. We will definitely stay again."

"Hotel bem razoável. Quando chegamos pedi mais um travesseiro, mais um lençol e duas toalhas de rosto não tinha no quarto. O recepcionista falou que toalhas de rosto não tinha no hotel, travesseiros só tinham a quantidade certa dos quartos e lençóis naquela hora não tinham como acessar. Café da manhã bem fraquinho e as mesas todas sujas na hora q fomos, tivemos q limpar uma mesa para sentarmos e tomar o café da manhã. Ainda bem que foi só uma noite. "
