When I went to turn the key in at the end of my stay, the person who was at the front desk was in the back and appeared to be reading a newspaper. There were two packages setting there. I announced that I was checking out and mentioned the packages. He didn't get up. Otherwise, everything couldn't have been BETTER! I loved the whirlpool. I liked how they had the room set up. Everything else was great."

"Booked a double queen but they were not Queen beds, they were full size. Lamp shade needed dusting, pool corners were gray. Quiet time not inforced and kind allowed to run through the halls. Parents were drinking in the pool while other kids were swimming and not advised to leave the pool area. "
