"The location of this apartment made all the attractions easily within walking distance. And the communication is dialed in - with super helpful emails and near immediate response through Whatsapp. Also, there was some trouble with a taxi strike and on the way back to the airport the cleaning staff worked with me doggedly to have a friend transport us and made sure we made it in the car and were taken care of. Stellar support and service for a place that does not have a front desk!"

"No parking, you must walk with your luggage to the hotel a few blocks or so. We enjoyed our stay; the little balcony was great to sit at night. It was a little loud, there was a bar right underneath to the right and at night they would make noise, and you could hear loudly. But it was a good space and close to everything, that's the great part! There is a lady that comes by to collect the deposit and she was kind. "

"The smallest room I’ve ever seen in a 5 stars hotel. You literally don’t have space to put your luggage. You can barely stand and I had booked a deluxe room. The furniture is also very very old and crooked. The hotel needs some major renovations seeing the high price they charge you for. Very few rooms have good views too. It was honestly a huge disappointment that we changed our reservation to the hotel right next to it under the same owner King George hotel. It was 100000 times better and it...

There are minor complaints like restaurant noise until 10-11 pm and faint smell of sewage everywhere in Athens streets including hotel bathroom. Location is great near Metro, attractions and restaurants. Overall I think it was good value for money I paid."
