"The upstairs roof and pool are top of the line and lovely. The drinks are amazing on the rooftop, and the ambience is the best! All of the staff in this hotel (front desk, restaurants, rooftop staff) are excellent and well trained to give the best experience expected. This is a gem of a hotel. Thank you, Miriam and Jesus, for your help and everyone at the front desk, restaurant and Christian at the parking garage also. This hotel gets 10 stars from me "

"This hotel should be given an award for flawless customer service. Nothing is more important to them than accommodating a guest, no matter what your status. I will never stay in any other hotel but the Omni in LA. And I'm a Hilton Honors member. But in LA, I'm willing to forgo points for the way this staff treats me and my family time and time again. Roberto was one of the kindest front desk agents I've ever encountered. He went above and beyond to make my stay so comfortable and then called minutes later to make sure everything was to my expectation. Is there anything else he could do. Andrea at the coffee bar - hospitality queen, charming, personable and great barista! The valets, the housekeepers, the club level attendant... top notch. Hospitality at its finest! "
