I had a problem with the TV and the safety box and they fixed immediately. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. I definitely recommend it."

"The hotel was fantastic. The room was excellent and the views from the restaurant over the entire city were amazing. I cannot praise the staff enough, they couldn’t be more helpful. There is a lot of political unrest in La Paz at the moment with many governments advising against travel, we decided to go anyway, staying for just 2 nights and do not regret the decision. The staff were absolutely fantastic, and went above and beyond in answering questions and offering suggestions given the uncertainty surrounding the area. We stayed on two separate nights and the staff helped us with boxed breakfast at no additional charge. Very thankful to the staff for making our stay comfortable."
