"Check in was fast and easy... Jason was great at checking us in . Breakfast Buffet was very good...fresh and hot. Hotel Lobby and guest area was very clean. Our Room needed a little more attention. "

"Took a look at breakfast items and went to a restaurant. Staff was helpful, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom vent fan was very noisy, room a/c was noisy, fan shut off when it reached temp and then went off. Very disappointed."

"Enjoyable stay with an excellent breakfast. Hotel offered two pools;one outside and an indoor pool with hot tub. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Close to just about everything there we did in Branson. Walking distance to many food and entertainment. We didn't like the setup to get room service. You need to fill out a form when you needed service or supplies. Otherwise no one checks the room for supplies or emptying trash because they bag whatever you want and leave it outside the room."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it was another great stay. We used the pool, hot tub and breakfast. All were wonderful! They are very accommodating and offered early check-in and moved our room when we told them we were traveling with friends that were also staying. Nothing but great things to say about the people and hotel. We will be back!"
