"The property is brand new and the rooms are spotless. I really enjoyed the shower and we had plenty of space. The only downside was that they only clean every three days or upon request. We were not told that though upon checking in although I was told that was going to change."

"My overnight stay at Hotel Lucia was okay...not horrible, not great. The room was small but fine for my one night stay. I was disappointed that I could hear conversations from the hallway and noise from the nearby rooms. I heard the neighbors door slam shut each time they entered and exited their room along with each toilet flush! The shower lacked water pressure. Perhaps I am more accustomed to modern features like soft closing doors and well insulated rooms of other hotels. I didn't realize...

"The bar closes at 10. The restaurant won't seat you without a "reservation" even though it's half empty. They probably have a staff shortage but won't admit it. Lobby tables left un-bussed. We had to do it ourselves. Room service, vacuums, etc are left in the hall for multiple days, let alone hours. And those nice, clear shower doors? Accumulated soap scum from previous guests. The beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet, which was the most important. Overall, a disappointing experience."

"My experience was so mixed. The hotel was finished nicely and in an area that was convenient for me. The bed was comfortable and the room was what I needed it to be. It was nice, but there was no place to put any clothes except 5 hangers in the closet and the night stand drawer. My issue was the unevenness of the staff and pretty dysfunctional operations apparently behind the scenes. My fire alarm battery died in the middle of the night and the guy at the front desk said I'd have to wait until...

"Such a bummer that we expected an amazing visit to the Hoxton but were disappointed by the uncomfortable bedding, slow WiFi and lacking room amenities. The room really needed somewhere we could put our luggage and I had to request a luggage stand from the front desk. In the age of gigabit Internet the Hoxton choose to allocate barely 10 Mb/s (I tested a few times) to our room which doesn't properly support streaming. But the real problem was the low bed frame, uncomfortable mattress (too soft)...

"The hotel was conveniently placed for an event at the Redd. It was also easy to walk the bridge to downtown. The hotel lobby is bright, clean and easy to relax on. The rooms were poorly designed. No sink in the bathroom. Just awkward. The sound proofing was unreal, luckily it wasn't busy during our stay but you could clearly hear everything in the hall way outside our door. Even ppl walking sounded like they were in your room. Also the bathroom has a small sliding door, again no sound...
