"Excellent hotel in Krakow. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed assistance with a tour pick-up location and they assisted us. The property is beautiful, immaculately cleaned and maintained and there are extra toiletries available on the cart by the front desk. Breakfast is atypical European breakfast but good variety and choices. There is a convenience store right across the street for water and snacks. Very walkable to the city centre."

"Great location, good quality room. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that, also didn’t eat at the Japanese themed restaurant but would have tried it if we stayed longer. Helpful info on check-in and city map explained. We had an accessible room which meant it was nice and big but the bathroom was a wet-room style and the shower water went onto most of the floor which isn’t very practical. Also no surfaces in the bathroom to put things on, so it had to be the floor which isn’t...

"Front desk went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible and so was the cleaning staff that quickly granted us late check out after checking wjth her system. Fantadtic stay. Would love to cone back to hit the spots wr had missed on this trip. "
