"I stayed in downtown Berkley not Oakland: my stay was great in Berkley; July 11-19 2025"

"This little gem has become my home away from home in Oakland. It has everything you could want in a city that already has everything—great food, cool bars, amazing music, plenty to do, etc. It's all brand new in a renovated space. The rooms are large and comfortable, the bathrooms are sparkling, and the service is impeccable. There's a rooftop courtyard, a game room, and good eats and drinks right next door. It's more comfortable than anywhere else in the Bay Area, and just as accessible. Well...

"Staff was amazing! Cheerful, friendly, and very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had different items each morning; loved the omelets and bacon. Location is good for walking and easy access to buses and Bart. Definitely recommend this hotel."
