"The room had huge bugs running on the floor. And one ran under the bed. I ran out of room and said to cancel me and give me a refund. The staff worker said to me oh I guess the beetle bugs had returned. The property was horrible. The building had pieces of bricks missing from the outside walls. The people walking around looked like homeless people. And now according to them they can’t refund. Expedia has to and I am still waiting for a response."

"The hotel was ok. We specifically booked it for access to the indoor pool for our 7 year old. We checked in and discovered pool hours were limited when a lifeguard is on duty. I believe it was something like 1-9pm. Prime swimming time for our kid is the morning to noon. I asked the front desk about limited access and they said it was corporate policy to have a lifeguard and “it’s the only pool in the whole area required to have a lifeguard.” I’m certified in CPR, AED, first aid etc and we were...

"We stayed here for two nights with family visiting from Denmark. On the second day, our vehicle was broken into, and $700 was stolen. We called the front desk to ask whether there was any video footage of the parking area. We did not expect the hotel to reimburse us or solve the situation, but we simply wanted to know if they could check the recordings to see whether anything had been captured. "The strict enforcement of the non-smoking policy leaves the rooms fresh and clean. The hotel is nicely updated, and the Metro stop next door is extremely convenient. I always stay here when in DC."
