Very cozy hotel in the heart of Tbilisi. The reception staff was great, very helpful and friendly. The food and drinks in the restaurant were tasty and varied. It really felt homely there. The rooms on the ground floor were quiet and spacious. Lovely place to stay in!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at during more than 50 years of international travel. The place location is perfect, the room was comfortable and spotless, the breakfast was amazing and the supper offerings were delicious and fairly priced. The staf are well trained and just amazing! The location of this hotel was excellent. The hotel room is a bit smaller but have a good spacious bathroom. There was no room service. We had to go and fetch milk for our tea and coffee. It is a walking distance to most of the sight seeing.

Sadly our room and adjacent area smelled like something was dead and decaying in the walls. Staff did their best to mask the smell, but to no avail, and they had no other room to offer us. I feel bad that I’m asked to leave a review, because other than this we liked the hotel.
