Love, love it! Everything was excellent. The place was majestic, staff were so polite, accommodating and ready to help when you needed. Food and drinks were delicious and affordable. Room was so clean, comfortable and big. Thumbs up for everything! We're already planning our return.

Doublegem Beach Resort and Hotel
Very poor customer service. We booked 2 rooms. Oceanview Premiere Triple and Standard Room Queen. The Oceanview Premiere has a not pleasant smell from the bathroom and AC is not working. When we complained they asked us to wait for an hour trying to fix the AC and told us it's ok but when we came ...
