"I booked a room on Yotel for the Landside at IST Airport. I changed to YotelAir when I read I could make things easier getting to the plane early in the morning. I subsequently learned at the airport that I couldn't get a boarding pass to the Airside until 3:45 am unless I was flying Turkish Air, disappointing to say the least. I changed my reservation back again to the Landside, for another increase in cost.
Disclose that on your website!!"

"Room was clean and staff were friendly but the room felt a lot older and less nice than appeared in photos. It was fine for a quick overnight but I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer. Also the hotel wanted to charge EUR20 for an airport taxi but using Uber we were only charged EUR15 each way"

"I paid extra for breakfast, but it was very disappointing. They simply brought me a plate with boiled eggs without even asking how I preferred my eggs, and they didn't even serve coffee. For a breakfast that costs extra, I expected much better service and at least some options. Definitely not worth the additional charge."

"A good balance of comfort to a price. Tried about 3 different hotels near IST airport and this one is our favorite - reasonably new rooms and no chemical/smoke smell in the room unlike other hotels in similar price range.
And bedsheets are clean here (other hotels had stains on the bedsheets)
The staff is perfect - during our stay once we forgot a bag in a taxi, so the receptionist spent some time helping us calling tourist services and police.
Soundproofing through the door is poor though - can...

"We booked a room for our dad having a layover flight. He doesn’t speak English or Turkish, and he has some physical restrictions. We did message the staff on the Expedia app and asked them to stay in touch with us through WhatsApp about our father. They went above and beyond to update us about our dad and help him around the hotel. Can’t say enough about how I appreciate them🙏🙏 Highly recommend this place as it is clean and has staff that actually cares about your stay. Super close to the IST...
