"The property was lovely - clean and spacious. Very nicely maintained with some fun wall decor throughout the house. Access was a little challenging up a spiral staircase although this was clearly stated at booking. Due to this, not advisable for elderly/frail people."

"This is a beautiful property in a good area. Highly recommend. 15 minutes walk to town centre, harbour in front of building with lovely walk. Bedrooms are spacious, as well as all other areas of this large two floor flat. Would definitely return again."

"First of all I had to drive up and down the road trying to find Chocos after the wrong postcode was on the details. Plymouth is one of the most difficult places to navigate around I’ve ever known The room was ok a comfortable bed and the kitchen was well equipped … I was very tired indeed when I arrived and due to dial to Santander on the Sunday afternoon. Please ensure that hosts answer the phone when required rather than leaving me stranded at the wrong address On the whole the stsy was ok but...

"The house was nice, clean and comfortable. However, a few important things things were not adequately supplied, eg only one toilet roll was supplied for a family of three for one week and there were no kitchen rolls. Also only one mirror in the entire property located in the Master bedroom. The toilet seat needs fixing because it keeps sliding off while one is sitting on it."
