Presented well overall, however, the hairdryer is very dated and overheated after a few minutes of use and the extractor fan in the downstairs bathroom was extremely loud. The amenities were nice, the spa bath was lovely and the washer and dryer combo was handy but a separate washer dryer would have been better.

They cancelled our booking without letting us know, lady was so rude, I told her I have got 2 little kids with me she said I don't care, book somewhere else..i will never recommend this place to anyone.

Place was clean, would of been good to have had the milk left in fridge and air con put on. Couldn’t get the one on lower level to work at all. Took ages to cool room down to sleep when arriving later. Milk was warm when collected with key.

The apartment we had was very tired looking and is in need of renovation. One of the worst beds we have ever slept in. There was painting of the exterior happening for the duration of our stay, which we were not warned about - painting happening near guests cars and the cherry picker beeping earlyish in the morning. They did give us a refund when we had to leave early though.

rooms well presented and well set up. Only steps away from the lake and somewhere to relax with a drink, snack or a meal. Quite property, didn't hear the other guests. Will definitely be back.
