"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and did a great job accommodating our dietary requirements. The room was beautiful and the location was perfect for our trip to Cheddar Gorge. I would definitely recommend."

"We were made very welcome by John and hadall we needed for a very comfortable stay with our two dogs. There were lots of little touches that added to our good experience-including welcome bags for each dog and more than adequate continental breakfast. We would highly recommend a d stay again. "The room was spotless and a lot of thought in the details. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We were the only guests for dinner but didn't feel awkward as the staff including the chef were chatting with us. The place was full of character whilst giving attention to comfort. We absolutely loved it."
