"I was greeted with an open door at Mountain shadows and wow what a beautiful resort. The staff is exceptional and a special things to Eli who took the time to find me an amazing room. I couldn’t believe it. I was stunned. I gave him 12 stars for customer service. The sunset pool is delicious and the restaurant serves wonderful food. I couldn’t be happier. "Hotel is under construction. Lots of noises during the day and water turned off on some days. Room was very clean. Breakfast and staff ok."

"My initial interaction was not so pleasant. The woman at the check-in desk was annoyed because people were being too loud in the lobby/bar area. She handed me a parking pass but didn’t explain what it was for or what I needed to do with it. Everything after that was fine."
