毎回、チェックインの時にトラブルが発生します
"施設はとても快適なのですが、毎回何かしらのトラブルがあります。前回は予約した部屋が予約内容の部屋と異なり、今回は2台分の専用駐車場が他の客とクリーニング業者の車が駐車されておりチェックインまでにすごく時間と労力がかかりました。問合せの電話もすごく時間がかかります。遠隔受付の悪いとこかもしれません。施設自体は快適ですので、そこだけ残念です。改善を期待しています。"
