"I recently had a highly disappointing stay at this hotel. We stayed for three nights, and throughout our entire visit, we never had the chance to change our towels because there was no staff available to ask for assistance or to clean our room. To make matters worse, we were required to pay £25 just to have the room cleaned. This level of service is unacceptable and made our experience extremely unpleasant. 👎"

"Only complaint - hotel in a massive renovation, not clearly communicated at Expedia site - ended up in a room facing afternoon sun, outside 30C plus, inside way above that as cleaners had not bothered to close the shades. A noisy fan did not help. Find it very disappointing that £440 per night hotel has no air con (and when we asked will not have as old building is protected and no air con can be installed. Our first visit was 1994, and many times thereafter."

Very Quick response from the property manager (very friendly and understanding) when we had concerns and needed to make arrangements. She’s very communicative and helpful - The apartment is very clean, equipped with essential items for our stay."
