"Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The property was well maintained, especially the beautiful landscaping with its lovely flower blooms. However, I noticed some light stains on the bedsheet, and strands of hair were evident in the bathroom upon check-in. I hope greater attention can be given to housekeeping and room cleanliness. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a very good variety of choices that I looked forward to throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would especially like to commend Louis from the Concierge, who was very knowledgeable and helpful when I asked for travel itinerary recommendations. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay, and I would be happy to return."

"Wow! I can’t say enough about how wonderful the hotel was! We had our own private pool and spa! And Hong’s breakfast, which was included, was incredible. She served us so much food that we had to ask her to only make us half as much the next morning. I’ll be staying again on our next trip!"

It's colonial style, so understand before staying. I love history, so for my wife and I, it was amazing."

"I decided, based on the images of the Hotel online, to upgrade my stay to a Garden Room. The room was true to images…. BUT……. I ran my finger over headboard and found months worth of dust, black mould on silicon within shower/bathroom region, shower glass had mould spots…. When you enter the room you are hit with the smell of moist dirt like walking through the gardening section of a Supply store….the moisture in this room was so bad that paint was peeling off the walls due to this. Building is set IN to the Mountain! A Non Smoking Hotel, my ‘GARDEN’ had over 60 cigarettes butts AND rubbish thrown throughout, minimal effort to clean the room is one thing but blatant lack of making an effort was obvious. Time to hire new cleaners? No Safe for your Valuables."

"We had a wonderful three-night stay at this hotel and came away with a very positive impression. The property appears relatively new, exceptionally clean, and tastefully designed, offering an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere throughout. It fully met our expectations of a five-star hotel. The service was outstanding. The staff were consistently polite, professional, and highly attentive, always willing to assist and ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. During our stay, we made use of several of the hotel's facilities, including the spa, fitness center, swimming pool, and sauna. All of these amenities were well maintained and of a very high standard, contributing to an excellent overall experience. If we were to suggest a couple of improvements, it would be helpful to have a shower located outside the sauna area, allowing guests to rinse off without having to return to the changing rooms each time after using the pool or sauna. We also felt that disinfectant wipes or cleaning spray should be available in the fitness center so guests can sanitize equipment after use. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. These minor suggestions did not detract from an otherwise excellent experience. We would gladly return to this hotel in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality stay."
