"That was very disappointed in our state I know I checked in late the TV didn't work The bathroom window was off the track and wide open The room wreaked of cigarettes and I am a smoker myself I was told before I entered the room do not smoke or you will be charged lol. They did offer to change the room I didn't get in until 1:30 I thought maybe it was just the batteries to the remote the next morning I saw the young lady who was working and I had to go find she was sitting in her car and tell her I did want to change the room she did bring me batteries for the remote and it still didn't work I did show her the window she said she was surprised they should have noticed that I had to rig the window to feel comfortable to sleep. This is not the hotel's fault but as I was sitting outside the room I was hitting the head with a lit cigarette. I politely asked the two gentleman on the balcony to stop throwing cigarettes down I was sitting there it continued to happen I do have a photo of this it was about 10 cigarettes that were thrown down. I couldn't see it in my time but the entryway to all the rooms was filthy dirty black which I also have photos of they needed to repaint the floor or totally power wash it. When I was finally shown where the coffee machine was there was no sugar three creamers they were not refilled I went to the store purchased my own coffee which I shared with some other guest along with milk and Splenda I was very disappointed that I spent the money I spent "

"Cons: You have to sign out a hair dryer or ironing board and they didn’t have them available on the first day because they were signed out by others. The bed frame is very flimsy and made noise whenever you moved around in bed. Pros: Good for the price. Clean. Easy parking. Locked lobby after hours."

"If you love old florida properties like I do this is paradise. The garden and patio where breakfast is served by the pool was beautiful. The rooms were renovated and the bathroom in ours was large and comfortable. Bed was great..walking distance to downtown lake work restaurants and clubs and a 5 minute drive to the beach. No junk fees. Easy parking. Charming residential neighborhood by a fold.course. I plan to come back"

"Totally enjoyed my stay room was very clean and everything you needed was there. Instructions for entry were very easy and The host Melinda takes time to talk with every guest , would definitley reccomend. This is a return location"
