"For a cheap style hotel located on the far outskirts of Hanoi it was surprisingly good. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and have two big double beds (hard matresses) and a small private bathroom (a bit run down but good hot water). Room even has a smart TV....but that's about it. Located in a very quiet street but very limited food options, especially after dark. We used it as a stop over from Cat Ba to SaPa which was ideal. Much better than the over populated and way too busy Hanoi Old...

"숙소가 정말 예뻤고, 투룸 풀빌라 개인풀이 생각보다 넉넉해서 공용풀과 개인풀 모두 잘 이용했어요! 전반적인 시설이나 청결, 서비스 등에서 너무 만족스러웠습니다 리조트 내에는 현지인이 대부분인 것 같았어요 음식은... 컵라면이나 먹을 거 꼭!!! 따로 챙겨오시길 바랍니다! "

"Smoking everywhere Can’t sleep well due to smoking through ventilation all night."

"예약 후 방문했음에도 불구하고 예약 확인이 안되어 30분 정도 기다릴수 밖에 없었고... 빌라에 도착했는데 청소중이라 바닥에는 물기가 그대로 있었으며 10분 넘게 또 기다릴수 밖에 없었습니다. 그리고 에어컨 내부 청결상태가 불량했고 침대 및 이불은 사용하기 싫을 정도였습니다. 좋은 위치, 풍경, 가격대의 고품질 빌라로써 개선을 했으면 좋겠네요"

"Staff were super helpful. Very close to the airport so great if you have an early flight or get in late. Beds like many hotels have thin mattresses. Overall very happy. "
