"The hotel was amazing. Myself and the kids loved out stay. Our only complaint which isn't really anything they probably can do anything about is the wait for the elevators. Sometimes you could wait 20 mins, so giv9ng yourself extra time to go places is a good idea. They are very organized on the main floor with staff helping with the elevators. Overall an excellent experience and we will definitely be back. "

"Excellent place for short stay close to Toronto downtown. Fair for the price, location view is amazing. Staff is friendly. Pools are enjoyable. My only complaint is room not having a microwave and the parking price, other than that is a nice hotel which needs some upgrades or renovations indoor, even decorations. "
