"Staff was friendly and helpful but the room was half cleaned including food stuck in the carpet and the water in the bathroom would not get warm. The room itself was set up nicely just poorly maintained. "

"The garden and the pool. Pool and hot tub are clean and perfect temperatures. It's the perfect place to bring my grandson we can walk and enjoy our evenings without going out side. Breakfast is great with amazing kitchen staff! They are great with my grandson and super friendly! Highly recommend!"

"Bathroom really smelled bad and corners were dirty. Lamp shade stained and pillow case was dirty. Check in was awful. Yes we were late. Drove 8hrs to get there to watch our son play lacrosse and checked in after the game. So around 1030pm. Rang buzzer 3 times and then called. Lady finally came to check us in and basically lectured me for being too late. Will be there again next weekend and definitely won't be staying there again."

"Stayed May 1-4,2026 Room was clean, quiet and great location to walk and enjoy everything on Lakeshore Drive. If you’re looking for a view of the lake it can be blocked by the building straight across. Breakfast was very busy from 7am-9am often waiting for food to be restocked as well as plates and mugs. Better to go after 9am when there’s no rush. Overall will book again! "
