"Despite the COVID-19 restrictions and difficulties that comes with it, Belhurst castle was so pleasant. We had dinner at both restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and was very beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful for what they could do. We also spent time in the gift shop and the staff was very well versed and gave advice when asked. We will definitely be staying here again. "

"I took off one star because during our 4 night stay, our room was never fully cleaned, beds never changed, etc. Had to ask for additional towels and toilet paper and that was the extent of it. Finally on checkout morning we got a loud knock on the door a few minutes before our 11 am checkout, like “get out!” We were packed and getting ready to leave and that was just rude. I assume it was housekeeping. I usually leave a tip for housekeeping, but not this time. Other than that, the motel...

"Wonderful hotel stay. I was in Waterloo for a conference and the hotel where the conference was held was sold out. I am so glad that I had a reservation at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staff I encountered were all very nice. I especially liked that the cafe was open early. I was able to grab coffee before heading to the conference. I would stay here again. "
