"Lovely traditional hotel in Zakopane. It was slightly dated in places, but as it is a traditional style hotel, it didn't matter. The pool & spa facilities were excellent, and the food in the restaurant was delicious."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly especially at the reception and dining area. There was a welcoming feeling during the stay. Breakfast- 5 stars. Wide rqnge if local products, every day there was something different i cluding local meat and regional cheese. Every day there was a fresly baked cake which was delicious."

"We booked a deluxe mountain view room, it was clean spacious with a good view. The balcony was nice for sitting on. The receptionist at check-in was friendly and helpful but we did not really see anyone else. Breakfast was good, with a range of foods to choose from. The property is a good walk from the station and the main town along the side of a busy main road."
