Alles gut, ausser .. .. am Ostersonntag war das Frühstück für die Hotelgäste ungewohnt im 7. Stock und dadurch eher unangenehm eng und mit gestresstem Personal verbunden, die zwischen EG und 7. Stock die Versorgung sicherstellen mussten.

Viel Dreck unter dem Bett. Der Safe ging kaputt und ich musste den Service rufen. Check out war nicht klar. Check in hat nicht funktioniert, vor Ort wie auch online hat das Portal nicht innerhalb vernünftiger frist reagiert. Neben mir erging es ca 10 anderen Gästen so.
