"One star for the lack of staff. Check in is done online and you are sent a key code to open doors. Not really an issue, except our door would unlock but the doorknob wouldn’t turn. Tried to contact someone through their website (the only contact offered) and never got a reply. We did eventually get into the room after about 10 minutes of entering the code. "The rooms are very clean and the staff helpful. Our biggest recommendation would be to have mini fridges and microwaves in the rooms. Being up on the mountain is glorious, but planning meals with limited options/ operating times in the area made our stay a bit challenging. Having the ability to have some yogurt, milk, cheese, etc. on hand would have made our stay even more enjoyable. "
