"I believe we had one of their best rooms with the large balcony overlooking the river. The size of the room was definitely larger than the others with two French doors leading to the balcony. The bathroom looks newly remodeled. Small shower, could use more than one towel bar and sink stopper to be able to fill sink with water. There is no AC in the hotel but they had a large Dyson fan. "Lovely hotel in an idyllic setting by Lake Lucerne. Only a one night stay on our journey from Italy to Uk which was a shame as the hotel is so good. Nice room, views over the lake, comfortable, clean and a lovely breakfast next morning. Good selection of continental breakfast plus scrambled egg or boiled eggs.
