The rooms definitely needed to be more maintained . There was some stains on our sheets and pillows. The Bathtub some rust and chips out of the porcelain. Hyatt Place Post Falls/Coeur D'Alene
The hotel is very nice and our room was quite comfortable. My only complaint is that when I booked the room, which I was happy was "pet friendly", they didn't tell me that their pet fee was $100 per stay! And none of it was refundable!
